Sally-Ann Creed is a renowned nutritional therapist based in Cape Town. Having suffered from asthma and extreme anxiety for many years, Sally finally found the healing she was looking for with the guidance of a nutritionally focused medical doctor; by carefully following a healthy diet with the help of the correct supplements, she soon regained her health and vitality.
