Red & White Quinoa
This mixture of white and red quinoa has a slightly crunchy texture and a mild, earthy flavour when cooked. It provides an appealing colour and delicous taste when used hot or cold.
Suggested use: Quinoa can be used as an alternative to rice or couscous. To cook: Bring 1/2 cup of quinoa to the boil with 1 cup of water / stock. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serves 4.
