Manjishta (Rubia cordifolia), like its own red colour, has a strong affinity to blood purification and circulation. It is traditionally used to support lymph drainage and as a tonic for general immunity. Studies have shown that the glutathione in manjishta provides useful liver and kidney support, to aid detoxification, and assisting with your “beauty from within” regimen. Suggested use:

Take 1 teaspoon twice daily mixed into a liquid of your choice. Note: It may turn urine darker or reddish.
