Herbal Tea Loose – Phyto Cleanse

A herbal detox tea that combines boldo, buchu, fennel, nettle, peppermint and senna.

It may assist with:

• Cleaning your digestive tract
• Detoxifying the liver, gall bladder, kidneys and lymphatic system
• Also used as a slimming aid

Suggested use:

Use one heaped teaspoon of herbal tea in 150ml-250ml. Allow to draw for three to ten minutes.  Start with three minutes and increase as your system gets used to the tea. Add honey if desired. Drink one cup at night, half an hour after your last meal.
