Chermoula Tin
Chermoula is a delicious spice blend used in Moroccan and Tunisian cooking. Use as a rub on barbecued and grilled meat. Sprinkle on chicken, fish and lamb before cooking. Make into a paste by mixing with one-part lemon to two-parts olive oil and use as a thick marinade before grilling. Add a teaspoon to stews, casseroles and gravies for greater depth of flavour.
