Lecithin
Soy Lecithin is a natural pleasant-tasting source of chlorine, inositol, fatty acids, phosphorus, glycerine and other nutrients. Nutritionally beneficial insolubilizing and mobilizing fats, preventing fat build-up in organs, controlling blood cholesterol or triglycerides levels and high blood pressure, protecting against damage to cells by oxidation and facilitating the passage of many nutrients from the blood stream into cells. Provides helpful nutrients for people suffering from atherosclerosis, senile dementia and Alzheimers disease.
Suggested use: One to two teaspoons per day. Dissolve in water, soya milk, fruit juices or yogurts. Add to smoothies and other health drinks, cereals, cooking and baking.
Lecithin is fairly hygroscopic, absorbs moisture.
