Horsetail contains silica which preserves elasticity of the connective tissue and controls absorption of Calcium and is a necessary ingredient of hair, nails, teeth and the skeleton. Also has a heavy mineral content of selenium and zinc which has healing properties.

Tinctures are fast acting as they are absorbed directly by mucous membranes. It enters the blood stream thus bypassing the digestive tract and liver, making it easy for those who shy away from bulky, hard to swallow tablets.

Suggested use:

Take drops 3 times daily before meals.

• Adults: 10-30 drops
• Children: To be taken in a 1/4 glass of water or juice. 2-12 years: 2-10 drops 3 times daily.
