Suggested use: Apply to Brows and Lashes 3-4 times a week before going to bed with the easy-to-use applicator and leave the Care Balm on as an overnight treatment.
Tip: Do not apply the Care Balm within 24 hours after tinting because its high fat content can affect the tinting result.
