Certified Organic Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is raw, unfiltered, unheated, unpasteurised and has a 5% acidity. It contains the amazing “Mother of Vinegar” which occurs naturally as strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules.

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is made from delicious and healthy, organically grown apples. Processed and bottled in accordance with the USDA guidelines, Bragg Apple Vinegar is certified organic and kosher. Using Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is a healthy way to add delicious flavor to beverages, salads, vegetables and most foods.

Suggested use:

Ideal use is three times a day; just after getting up, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

One or two teaspoons of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of purified water, possibly flavored with one or two teaspoons of organic honey, molasses, 100% maple syrup, or a few drops of stevia.

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar does not have to be stored in the refrigerator.
