Arrowroot Flour
Good Life Organic Arrowroot Flour has a neutral flavour and is the easiest starch to digest. It can be used as one-to-one replacement to corn starch for thickening soups, sauces, stews and gravy, in puddings and as flour in gluten-free baking recipes.
Suggested use:
Mix 1 tbs Arrowroot powder with a little cold water to thicken 1 cup liquid. 1tbs Arrowroot powder, mixed with 1 tbs olive oil and 1/4 cup water may be used to replace 1 egg in egg-free recipes.
