Good life Organic’s organic colon cleanse is a digestive formula that can assist with occasional constipation.

Gentle Laxative: triphala, an Ayurvedic compound from 3 bitter fruits, is a bowel tonic that promotes digestion.

Prebiotic: baobab fruit powder is high in fiber and nourishes “good” bacteria in the gut, while adding a pleasant taste to the blend.

Digestive Stimulators: fennel, ginger and marshmallow root support digestive health.

Suggested use:

Once or twice daily, stir 1 heaped teaspoon of powder in a 250ml glass of water. Follow with another glass of water. For optimal effect, drink before meals.
