Shisanyama Spice Tin
Shisanyama translates directly from isiZulu as “to burn meat”. It is another form of braai or barbeque, Mzansi-style, where meat is king. Use in dry rubs or marinades to season steaks, chops and chicken on the coals. Use in potjies, potato salad and to lend a spicy bite to chips. Add to mince dishes, burger patties and to enliven soups and stews. Sprinkle on popcorn.

Atlantic Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Black Pepper, Coriander Seeds, Sweet Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Oregano.
