Fennel Seeds Tea

An aromatic herbal tea that helps to improve digestion.

May assist with:

• Cellulite
• Suppressing appetite
• Increase lactation
• Colic
• Flatulence
• Crohn’s disease
• Used as a compress to treat conjunctivitis and dermatitis

Suggested use:

Use one level teaspoon of herbal tea to one cup of boiling water. Allow to draw for ten minutes. Add honey if desired. Drink one, three times daily.

To make compress, soak seeds in a little hot water until seeds soften then put in place with gauze.
