Salsa – Smokey Chipotle Medium
This vegan-friendly, gluten-free salsa is made from sun-ripened jalapeno peppers which are skillfully hot-smoked for up to 36 hours using invasive acacia wood. The chipotle is then blended with Santa Anna’s Tomato & Red Pepper Salsa ingredients to create a chipotle salsa that is medium in heat. Use it to add a smoky, spicy flavour to your taco casserole, chorizo enchiladas, and other Mexican-style dishes.
