Collagen Loading can have a dramatic effect on your health and wellbeing.  For a period of 30 days you take 3 servings a day of 2 TBS each serving.  This gives your body the amino acids it needs in sufficient quantities to get to work.

Once you have completed your loading period you can return to a 2 TBS a day dose.  If you would like to use some of our other Collagen products, such as Collagen.X, we suggest that you use this once a day as one of your doses during your loading period and that you use our Collagen Granules for the rest of the day.
