Suggested use:

• Place the contents of 1 sachet in your mouth & gently swish, pushing the oil between your teeth & around your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes.
• For better results, gradually increase the time period up to 15 minutes or as long as it is comfortable.
• Spit the contents out when done.
• Oil pulling should be practiced either first thing in the morning or last thing before bed.
• If the contents of the sachet has hardened, gently rub the sachet between your hands to warm it up.
• Do not spit the coconut oil into the basin as hardened coconut oil may block drains.
• Do not swallow the contents.
