Soil Organic Carrier Oil Kalahari Melon Seed 30ml

The oil is extracted through a cold-pressed method from the dried melon seeds. The oil is highly moisturising and nutrient rich. Its regenerating, hydrating and anti-inflammatory properties work well for both skincare and haircare.
Rich in antioxidants and omega 6 & 9 essential fatty acids, Kalahari Melon seed oil is full of nutrients for both skin and hair care. As a pure and organic skincare oil, it holds hydrating, regenerating and restructuring properties. It is lightweight, penetrating quickly, leaving the skin non-greasy and non-clogged. This natural moisturiser is suitable for all skin types, especially acne prone skin. It combats acne and blemishes by dissolving the hypersecretion of sebum due to hormones. The castor bean’s oil-rich seeds mainly contain a fatty acid triglyceride called ricinoleic acid, which is an omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acid, giving it a distinct aroma.Castor oil’s use in the cosmetic industry has grown significantly. - Ricinoleic acid can be beneficial for moisturising the skin, as it reduces trans-epithelial water loss, which leads to skin dehydration.
