Suggested use: 1 or 2 tablespoons a day, taken on its own or mixed with water or juice is all it takes to help your scalp absorb all the nutrients needed to grow strong, healthy and shiny hair.

Single it, double it, mix it! Your taste, your choice! Take 1 dose (1 large tablespoon) per day; for optimum and longer lasting results, you can take 2 doses per day. Most effective when taken first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. It can be drank on its own, or mixed with juice or water. With 100% of your daily needs in vitamin b5, vitamin c, zinc, copper and 4g of protein, we also recommend taking the product as an energy boost during the day.
