Bladderwrack Tea

A herbal tea that may assist with the treatment of hypothyroidism and has anti-rheumatic properties.

Suggested use:

Use one level teaspoon of herbal tea to one cup of boiling water. Allow to draw for ten minutes. Add honey if desired. Drink one cup, three times daily.
