    Good Life Organic Balsamic vinegar of Modena has a rich, deep brown colour, and has a complex sweet/sour flavour with wooden hints from the casks. Balsamic Vinegar originates in the Modena and Emilia regions in Italy and is made from red grapes and is traditionally matured for 8-12 years in wooden casks.

    Suggested use:

    Use in salad dressings, marinades, glazes and reductions. Splash on tomato-based soups and sauces. Drizzle on fruits, especially strawberries.
