    Peppermint Tea

    A fragrant herbal tea that helps with digestion and nausea.

    May assist with:

    • Easing flatulence
    • Colic
    • Heartburn
    • Headaches
    • Stimulates bile flow
    • Eases nausea & morning sickness

    Suggested use:

    Use one level teaspoon of herbal tea to one cup of boiling water. Allow to draw for ten minutes. Add honey if desired. Drink when necessary.
