    Suggested use: As a food supplement, add 2 slightly rounded tablespoons (approx 25g) to 200-250ml of oat or nut milk and mix well, ideally in a shaker or a blender. Combine with Ice in a blender for an even smoother and creamier texture. You can also add to your favourite smoothie.
